Introduction
Pets are a very important part of our families and our lives. They bring joy, laughter, and loyalty without asking for anything in return. Let us take care of your Furry Friends at your home while you are away on business or pleasure, whether for a few hours, few days, or longer! Our services include daytime and/or overnight pet sitting in your home, dog walking, litter box clean up, brushing, feeding, simple medication administration, and simply spending time with your beloved pets. While there, we are also happy to check for mail and packages, water your plants or garden, rotate lighting, and roll out/roll back the trash can on trash days, leaving you with peace of mind knowing things are being properly taken care of at home! We care for a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, hamsters, ducks, birds, fish, and other small cage pets and look forward to caring for yours! We are licensed, insured, bonded, are trained in pet First Aid/CPR, and have background checks. Making Life Easier – this is our slogan and our mission; to work hard every single day in providing reliable, honest, and professional services for each and every client.

I have one cat that is extremely timid and this is the first pet sitter I’ve had where he would actually come out and play when they were there. I would highly recommend odds & Ends Petsitters. We looked forward to each day’s report and pictures

Details: Cat • 3 pets • Changing litter or bedding • Giving food and water • Collect mail • Short visit (30 minutes) • Once a day • The pet sitter travels to me

As a new mother I was very nervous to leave my sweet chow, Savannah, in anyone else's care while I was away. However, Linda did such a great job watching her! She truly did go above and beyond to make sure that Savannah was taken care of and my house was welcoming for my return. Anytime that I have to leave for a night or a week I will be SURE to use Odds & Ends!!! Thank you so much!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Please see our web site for a complete list of our services, rates, policies, and any promotions.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

It is the policy of Odds & Ends Professional Pet Care LLC to meet with clients prior to scheduling any services. This Initial Meeting is at a $30 charge to the client and helps cover setup, scheduling, and overhead costs for those attending. The Meeting allows an important opportunity to meet face to face, ask/answer any questions, and ensure a good match between client expectations and ours. A completed Service Contract and Veterinary Authorization Form must be on file prior to the first scheduled visit. Subsequent meetings (to meet new pet(s), review updated care details, or at the request of client) – $25 per meeting.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always hire a professional (licensed, bonded, insured, has had a background check). You are entrusting someone to care for your beloved pets and your property and there should be no shortcuts to safety and peace of mind. Always have a client / provider meeting before agreeing to any services. This ensures both parties are comfortable with each other and allows the opportunity to ask questions and discuss any special requests.
