Matt literally saved my real estate deal from falling through! The seller had a fireplace gas starter that only partially worked, and my buyer was thinking about cancelling since the seller did not want to fix it. I sent him a message late yesterday, and today by lunchtime it was fixed. I was told by another handyman it couldn’t be done without opening up the wall and digging deeper into the issue.
