Evans' technician arrived on time and was very accommodating for a second visit to change a part That was failing. He diagnosed the original problem, lack of speed on downloads, and updated several drivers. Speed improved significantly. While here, he noticed a bit of weakness in the wi-fi signal, and as a result, changed the antenna board on a second visit. Very courteous, very professional.

Johnny is a great and knowledgeable individual. He and I discussed possible issues with my PC and possible solutions. In my mind I was thinking worst case scenario.
Johnny said let me take a look at it before we cross that bridge. He met me at my place and picked up my machine.
He called my a few days later, said he tested everything and my issue was a very simple solution. He went the extra mile to make sure that this would not happen again.
He was able to work with my schedule and we met when it worked out for the both of us.
I must tell those who are reading this that professional and value Johnny provided is top notch and I recommend him to fix all your PC issues. If I had another issue, then I would contact Johnny again.

As an ex manager of a tech department you run into things that you don’t just come across in every day usage so you get to learn on the fly how to resolve these issues that most haven’t experienced.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was the manger of the tech department at my last job.
