Denis was prompt and kept me appraised as to his arrival. He knew exactly what to look for, got the part ordered and returned to install same. When there was water on the floor that next night, he agreed to come back first thing to determine whether there was a problem relating to the repair. Turned out to be “old water” that had dripped into the bottom of the washer, but he checked all possible sources before he made that decision

Denis did a great job repairing our GE dishwasher. He had to order two parts for it, and came back several times to get them installed and make sure the issue was fixed. We'll definitely contact him again if we have other appliances that need fixing!

Denis replied to our request for a refrigerator repair almost immediately. We agreed to a time for him to come out and he showed up exactly when he said he would. Diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and completed the work when he said he would. Communication was great and we felt the cost was reasonable.
