1st time on thumbtack and the work experience with YouSpeak Appliance Repair was above the norm. He was very thoughtful in explaining the issue with the LG washer and the remedy. I was going out of town for a few days and was allowed to continue the repair after I returned. He was knowledgeable, and steady in getting the issue fixed. The price was reasonable and he had reasonable payment options. Will definitely use the service again if needed and Thumbtack becomes an excellent app!

Denis was prompt and kept me appraised as to his arrival. He knew exactly what to look for, got the part ordered and returned to install same. When there was water on the floor that next night, he agreed to come back first thing to determine whether there was a problem relating to the repair. Turned out to be “old water” that had dripped into the bottom of the washer, but he checked all possible sources before he made that decision
