I have packages that will work for most budgets! Or pay by the session as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a personal trainer, the typical process of working with a new client may include: 1. Initial Consultation- A free consultation to discuss the client's fitness goals, medical history, and expectations. 2. Fitness Assessment -A physical assessment to evaluate the client's current fitness level, injuries...etc 3. Goal Setting- Collaborating with the client to establish specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. 4. Customized Program Design_: Creating a personalized workout plan and nutrition program tailored to the client's goals and needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.(NASM), Certified Nutrition Coach (precision nutrition) CPR/AED certified.
