- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of the work we do is going to be based on an hourly rate, so a quoted price might vary from the final price. Things such as openings and closing or maintenance are a flat rate, with the exception of chemical usage for maintenance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free consultations to all new customers. We will look at the pool and equipment and answer any questions or give any quotes requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My husband has 6 years experience as a pool technician and I have 2 years.
