- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the job required and will be assessed by myself or team. We strive to be fair and competitive in the market. Weekly maintenance service is roughly $100 per visit including basic chemicals, a full pool cleaning, chemical testing, equipment looked over and deck blown off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first find out what the needs/wants are from you so we can deliver the best service possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Eight years of in the field work experience. This is an ever changing industry with new products and technology. I strive to keep up to date and learning by researching and getting training from the pros in the field.
