Switching from the traditional rental to vacation rentals was a great move. I couldn’t have made it happen with out Mike and his team. They have the systems and experience to get your property ready to be listed on Airbnb and other sites to get bookings and it’s so much more hands off than being a land lord no more dealing with your deadbeat tenants & home maintenance. I wish I would have met Mike earlier. Buying an investment property with using Mike for the purchase and the management.
