I create custom pricing for all jobs, to ensure that my price is matched precisely with my customer's needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person or on the phone with a new customer to get detailed information about your needs. Once I have that information, I provide a thorough quote for my services, including materials to be used, work to be done, when I can do it, and how much it will cost. Often, I will be able to offer multiple options or stages for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years experience as a handyman, carpenter, painter, landscaper, gardener, property manager and maintenance technician.
