- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price according to the average market pricing for installing wallpaper. I run discounts for clients wanting multiple rooms wallpapered and for return customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Fast response time and understanding exactly what the customers needs and wants are. Also, to make sure the customer is buying a good wallpaper product and getting the correct amount. Answering any questions and explaining the process. Being on time and quick but efficient and getting the job done making the customer happy with their install and experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of experience hanging wallpaper and vinyl in movie sets.
