I hired Vlad to replace the silicone and caulking in my bathroom. He asked detailed questions about the scope of work and the urgency of the job. He was polite and responsive, and I really enjoyed our communication. Vlad arrived at a convenient time for me and promptly completed the repair. I didn’t have to clean up any mess afterward; everything was left perfectly clean, and the work was excellently done. I am very satisfied; my bathroom looks transformed!
