It was all great. He knows what he is doing and knows how to add value and provides own suggestions that we did not think of to save material and money. He knows and can carpentry, electric and plumbing. Overall, this is how we would like all handymen to be, but few are/have been. So we can totally recommend Joel for any handyman/home improvement project. I also know he'll get his GC license soon.
