They did a wonderful job! I had several bids for my ducts to be replaced and they were extremely professional, punctual, easy to work with, and knowledgeable! We hit an odd snag with one section and Robert came up with a creative solution. I am thrilled with hiring these guys and you would be too! They also cleaned up- it was a messy job in my crawl space and everything turned out great! Thanks Chris, Robert and the other guy (I can’t remember his name)!

The HVAC was not turning on last week. I was able to tell that it fails when the gas valve needs to turn on. Got this scheduled and Robert came early morning to change the gas valve. He was very knowledgeable and also helped me with knowing what all the parts are and what I should look for in the future. The gas valve needs to be installed pretty well as it is gas and I’m happy with how it was done. Also, I appreciate when the service person is well prepared with tools and have shoe cover on since most of the house is carpeted.

I had a great experience with Robert at Mr. HVAC. He was punctual, very knowledgeable and efficient with his diagnosis. He was able to come back with the part needed the very next day and fixed the issue promptly. He also explained everything to us, so that we were knowledgeable of the issue and made sure that we knew how to work everything along with tips on how to save on energy costs. We will be using Mr. HVAC again!
