- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are per job, and may change due to unforeseen occurrences. All prices given in quotes are just the upfront cost. I do over discounts for reoccurring customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained on most residential mechanical issues. I have Tracpipe gas line certification, as well as Navien tankless water heater training.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in 2014 when my friends stepdad asked for some help on a few jobs. In 2018 I made it a full time job, and career choice, when another gentleman asked if I would be his apprentice.
