I spoke to Shane on Sunday about a leaking hot water heater. Shane asked for digital photos of the old heater and told us he could get a new one and install it on Monday. Shane arrived at about 8:30 AM Monday, removed the old heater and replaced it with the new one, explained the operation and was complete by 10 AM. Very efficient. He knew what he was doing. Had hot water by 11AM. We are very satisfied!

Thank goodness for Paramount! We discovered a leak in the kitchen ceiling from the guest bathroom above. I was afraid it was going to be a nightmare to fix, but Shane was able to quickly find and repair the source of the leak. Shane was great to work with. He was on time, extremely professional, and very knowledgeable. I also really appreciated that he saved me some money by trying to repair the leaking fixture instead of jumping straight to replacing the whole unit. On top of all that his price was super reasonable. I will definitely be recommending him to all my family and friends.

Shane did an excellent job, kept me updated, the installation and removal of my old hot water heater went great. No pressures to purchase what wasnt needed. I will definitely call him in the future if his services are needed.
