We needed our hot water heater replaced. Our first visit was to Home Depot who scheduled a contracted plumbing service to come to our house. The guy who arrived was in our house for 2 minutes and based on a single measurement of the height of our existing hot water heater informed me that the new one could not be installed where the old one was installed and that he would have to relocate our hot water heater. Our home is only 15 years old, so I told him he could leave.Shane from Paramount came to our house and had no issue installing into our existing closet. He was courteous and professional. He did everything he said he would do when he said he would do it. I highly recommend Paramount plumbing if you want an honest, professional performing work on your home.

I called Shane on a Monday morning about 8am, the day after a pipe on the hot water heater burst. I told him what I needed and he came over about 45 minutes later. He listened to my explaination, looked at the issue and promised to come back that afternoon with parts and tools to do the job. True to his word he came back and fixed the problem and corrected a previous bad repair job. He didnt just slap a band aid on it and take my money, he took the time and made the effort to fix it correctly! Then on his own tested our water pressure which was REALLY high and he felt likely the main cause of the pipe burst. He happily came out the next day after 6PM when most people wouldnt, and fixed the presssure valve! Shane WILL provide fantastic customer service, excellent repair work, and fair prices! Please take the time to call Shane at Paramount if you need plumbing repairs, you wont regret it!!!!!

Paramount plumbing was incredible. My hot water tank went out on Saturday. I was driving into work making frantic phone calls trying to find somebody to come in on Sunday to replace it. Paramount plumbing was the only one that got back to me quickly. When I was told that he would be here at 9:00 a.m. ready to replace it I was ecstatic. I was quite comfortable with the price that was "d to me the work was excellent he was here for a little over an hour done left and I was able to go to sleep after having a long night at work. I was not expecting to get this replaced any time soon expressione on weekend. I will definitely call Paramount for any other plumbing problems that I have in the future.

I am not one to leave five star reviews easily, but Shane at Paramount Plumbing easily deserves every one of these. First, I received a quote for the job that explained what the work entailed, and he asked for pictures to insure the right product was purchased for the space. Second, he arrived promptly, and was courteous, careful in his work, and even cleaned up after himself (yah, seriously). He walked me through the parts, water shut off, and how to use my new water heater after installation. Then Shane went above and beyond and helped me with my furnace (Paramount does HVAC work) filter, too. Not only will I recommend Paramount to others, I will be calling Shane back for smaller jobs in the near future.
