It has been a joy to work with Olga. She radiates a love for music and a care and concern for her students. She has helped me to improve and has focused on different areas that I needed help with. This has given me a wider range and ability to hear and understand music better. :) I recommend this teacher strongly. The lessons are fun, enjoy the journey of learning to sing better with Olga. :)

Every review says as much about the person reviewing as it does the business reviewed. Olga is a conscientious and professional piano and voice teacher and I highly recommend her. A bad review is telegraphing that the person writing it has specific things that set them off. Sometimes these are fair and then the review reads as sensible. Typing a bad review in ALL CAPS is not sensible. The person comes across as obnoxious and at best, as fussy when focused on things most people consider unfair, like free lessons. Unless it is someone who shares the same issue, when someone like that writes a bad review the only person he or she is pushing away is someone LIKE THEM. So in that respect, they're doing the place a favor because they are aborting another bad review. Most of us read multiple reviews and can sort the rational voices from the angry ones. I am a parent of two boys and I have to say that $20 for quality one-on-one (private) 30 minute music lessons is too cheap. This is especially true if the teacher has several university degrees. Yes Olga gives us a discounted rate for my younger son but I do not expect her to teach for free. I am yet to see a teacher giving a $20 private lesson and free lesson for the 2nd child. To do it once perhaps, but that deal would be too good to be true to sustain long term. Not only would the teacher soon go out of business but it is unfair to the parents who are paying a higher but fair rate. In this day and age that is not a fair price for a qualified music teacher. However, $20 for a group lesson of 4 or 5 kids would make sense. My boys were able to read notes from their first piano lesson and are able to interpret a piece of music. Their lessons include scales, arpeggios, classic pieces, aural testing, sight reading and music theory. She is currently preparing my eldest son for the grade 1 Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) Exam. I can say she has gone above and beyond what previous piano teachers have delivered, even extending the lesson time by 5 or 10 minutes if needed. She was more focused on my boys understanding the concept than anything else. In fact and she spaced our lessons so they do not overlap giving me ample time to discuss any concerns. Our experience has been that we get more than what we pay for at each lesson. No one should have to work for free. The effort Olga makes in teaching our boys correct finger posture, rhythm and theory is incredible. She is great with kids and I could not ask for a better teacher.

I've only been using Olga for a couple of weeks as a piano instructor for my 6 year old, but I think she's a great piano teacher.I'm actually considering piano lessons for myself now. She's firm enough, yet she seems to understand the nature of a child.

Olga has been teaching our son and daughter (now 5 and 7) the piano and recorder since March and we couldn't be happier with our choice! She is very personable, great with kids and her lessons are professional yet fun. Our children are making great progress and I have no doubt they will continue to grow not only in their knowledge but also in their love of music. We can highly recommend Olga for any age-group, beginner to advanced.

She honestly is the best. I sing at my church as one of our children worship singers. After a couple lessons, Many of my leaders noticed incredible improvement with my voice. I began leading more songs and was able to perform more. Not to mention Mrs. Olga took apart each song I would sing and would work with me session after session. She immediately noticed that I had to work on my breathing and would just help me understand the fundamentals of singing. I also can say she has the greatest personality she cares about her students and is always there for them. I love her so much and I’m blessed to be one of her students.
