- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting with a client for the first time I try to get to know them. Seen how their daily routine is, his their nutrition is, what fitness goals they are trying to achieve. Then we go through a small work out so that a can properly create a plan that will max their fitness potential.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working out for sometime now and I also have my certification from NASM.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Fitness has always been apart of life. From little league sports all the way through semi pro. Even when I wasn't training for a sport I was still working to better myself
