FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting a client face to face, while not always necessary, I find to be insightful. As a virtual assistant, being able to anticipate client needs is crucial. I am available to travel to my client's location for the initial introductory meeting, as well as, weekly/bi-weekly for location specific duties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Arts in Human Capital Performance with a Minor in Psychology from Valdosta State University. Associate in Applied Science in Accounting and Finance from West Georgia Technical College.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Over the last 15 years, I have developed my skills of service and support working in both small and large organizations. After reaching upper management roles and meeting my own personal career goals, I found my true passion. I wanted to see others reach their full potential and career goals as well. Training, teaching, supporting and providing the details (that can at times hold others back from moving forward) is what I love the most. Being a part of large teams has helped me to understand the human component of a business and led me into focusing my strengths towards supporting others.
