- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is quoted as a “flat rate” meaning customers will never have to worry about someone from our company arriving on site, finishing the job and then charging more than what they were quoted. We also price match other companies to always keep our rates the lowest, and we are always offering discounts for military service and for first time customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with a new customer is to provide the customer with as much information as possible, a total cost for the work that needs to be done, and once arriving on site reviewing documentation to ensure the customer has proper ownership over what we will be servicing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have had extensive field training for at least 2 years and have been in the field for at least 5 years. Some of our technicians that specialize in certain branches of locksmithing have had specialized courses outside of the field.
