Took my money and charged extra for materials not provided, damaged my property in multiple places, refused to provide receipts, wouldn’t return money, pay for damages, or bring the stain and materials I paid for. Lied to Thumbtack ( and will undoubtedly lie in response to review)

This man literally wasted my time on my off day by coming to see my mobile home and acted like he was interested in doing the remodel job. Instead, he used me as a lead to buy mobile homes himself. Even tried to buy the whole park! Never heard back from him either regarding a quote. Didn't appreciate that at all. Not sure about his work but if you are an investor please beware.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50 trip fee
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask what he is aiming for on his project. Then I make sure that the materials he has chosen fit his vision. Prepare an estimate and a timeframe, if customer agrees then we begin work. After finishing the work we do I final walkthrough to make sure our quality standards are met and that customer is satisfied.
