We highly recommend Prime Life Group!! We initially reached out for help with painting our new home, and Alex came out super quickly to take a look and come up with a quote. The project then expanded to a full kitchen renovation, sanding and restaining the floors, and redoing a guest bathroom (in addition to painting most of the house). Alex and his team finished ahead of schedule, which was such a pleasant and unexpected surprise. Alex was extremely communicative and provided regular updates. He also consulted and double checked on a number of items that came up as they were completing the kitchen renovation. The work quality was very good, and we are super pleased with the end result. Alex and his team did such an amazing job! Due to a long contractor approval process with the HOA board, they were stuck with a very small window of time to paint my entire condo before my move in. Alex was so accommodating with the HOA board requests and he rearranged the teams schedule as soon as we got the approval. I am so pleased with the results! The team worked quickly and efficiently to finish on schedule. They were professional, left the condo cleaner than they found it, and their attention to detail is unparalleled. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on some the following factors complexity, preparation, number of coats, previous damages need to be addressed. One of the most important things customers need to know is that the more work we do the better price we can provide.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out and provide a free estimate. The estimate on Avg. is about 30 mins long. During this time we go from top to bottom to get all details of your project. We provide recommendations on product/ finishes based on budget, desired end result, and best fit for project. We follow up with an estimate typically within a couple of hours.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My partner and I started the company after he had been working in the industry for 10 years. We a saw need for more professional, responsive, and knowledgeable contractors in our area.
