- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing you see from thumbtack is always a base price, the factors that determine my pricing are: location, time spent with the client, editing, and an approximation of how many photos you are looking to receive!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to get a general idea of style, and location before hand, so I can take your experience with me from a 10 to an 11. I will ask lots of questions, I also love to work with new clients on Pinterest so we can nail the poses and styles you Love the first time around!
