I cant say enough good things about the service we received from NGES. Phillip got me added to the schedule after he suggested a couple things for me to try prior to having to come and charge me. He kept me informed of when and who would be coming. Reed was fabulous, answered any and all questions and helped my non-electrical mind understand what our issue was. I would recommend NGES to anyone. We will be using them for any future electrical work we may need.

North Georgia Electrical Services is a top tier company. Reed assessed my problem and saw that I needed a band new electrical panel. He was professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me in layman terms. He was able to get Tyler to come complete the job on a Saturday (the very next day) so that the problem could be resolved quickly. They completed the project within hours and gave me a good price. If you want speedy service, with caring and knowledgeable people, call NGES. I promise you wont regret it.

I recently had a last-minute need for electrical wiring for a new AC unit that was being installed. North GA Electrical Services was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. Reed came out and was very thorough looking at the requirements of a pretty complex job, gave an estimate, and was able to come back with Tyler the next day to complete the job so we could have AC for the weekend. Let me add that they were very mindful of the aesthetics of wiring through an interior wood-paneled wall and on the exterior of the house. Great people, great job! Thank you, NGES!

It's not everyday you come across a company with as much care for the local cities they serve, nor the willingness to offer assistance in a moments notice as Philip did for our family this week.After a neighborhood power outing, we continued to have a breaker shut off running electricity to our main floor. Needing help as we are in the process of selling our home and notifying Philip of our immediate need, he helped by making suggestions through text message. Informing him that we had appointments for potential buyers coming in the next couple of hours, it was his way of helping in the moment. Following his suggestions, my husband located the bad electrical outlet and was able to replace before our next appointment. Other companies we contacted during the day responded with, "we have no availability today" which Philip could have done as well. However, he chose not to.We are so grateful for people like this still serving our community even if it doesn't yield immediate financial gain. Thank you Philip! Because of your willingness to help in any way possible , we will absolutely use North Georgia Electrical Services for any future needs and share this story with others in our neighborhood to help ensure good people like you and your business are rewarded.
