- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a top-shelf Junk Removal service provider. We offer a premium experience and Our Minimum charge is $125 which includes 3.5 cubic yards worth of junk you can dispose of (about the same volume as 1 pickup truckload, or roughly 3.5 washing machines worth of junk for example). Anything in addition to that we bill at $45 per cubic yard. We provide all of the labor so no matter where your items are we will go get them and load them ourselves. We will pay the disposal fees as part of our quote and sweep up afterward ensuring your space is left cleaner than we found it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule An Appointment When you’re ready to say goodbye to your junk, give Junk Giant a call so we can get you scheduled on the books. You can schedule a two-hour arrival window that fits your needs. Appointments are easy to make by either booking online or calling our team directly. We Call When We’re On Our Way On appointment day, our team will let you know when we’re on the way so you aren’t waiting around for our team to show up. We never want to keep you waiting, so we’ll give you a better idea of our arrival time once we’re coming. We Arrive Ready To Go Upon arrival, our team is ready to get to work removing your junk. We bring all the manpower and truckspace to your property and get started right away. All you have to do is show us where your junk is. If You Want It Gone, It’s Gone! Our team can haul almost any items you have laying around. As long as something isn’t hazardous, we can safely remove it for you. Just show our team where your unwanted iterms are and we’ll make them disappear for you in no time! We’ll Leave Your Place in Great Shape With your junk out of the way, your space will be unrecognizable. Our team will make sure everything is back in its place and any mess or debris we created will be swept up before we head out to dispose of your junk. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MILITARY DRIVING EXPERIENCE I have spent a total of 6 years driving big trucks and trailers for the Army. WASTE DISPOSAL EXPERIENCE I have spent a total of one year driving a roll-off dumpster truck routinely completing 12+ pickup/dropoffs each day while tracking more than 200 miles each day in travel. My average workweek ranged from 50 to 70 hours per week picking up, dumping, and delivering dumpsters. In that time I have seen just about everything there is to see. SAFETY EXPERIENCE I have been trained on nearly all aspects of the waste disposal industry including proper procedures for safety, truck maintenance, and daily inspections. We know to drive carefully and watch for low hanging powerlines, septic tanks, basketball goals, etc. MATERIAL HANDLING EXPERIENCE I have been trained on proper disposal practices through my experience as a professional roll-off dumpster driver. Not all junk can be collected due to being a hazardous material. Some items need to be discarded by the fire department or other resources.
