Unless the job is for support beams. *Complete Basement Finishing average cost ($65 - $100 per sq ft depending on the size, type of rooms, and quality of finishes.) *Complete Kitchen Remodeling average cost ($35,000-$70,000 depending on the size and quality of finishes. ) * Home additions average cost typically runs between $150 - $300 per sq. ft. (depending on size, type of room, and quality of interior and exterior finishes). We only service complete remodels, home additions, custom home builds, basement finishing, and full kitchen remodels at this time. We are not taking on any Bathroom only projects at this time. Basement project was exactly what we wanted. They worked with us through decision changes and add-ons. Went over initial completion date but we added a few items as we went so the extra time was expected. Very professional team worked diligently and were very clear about what was to happen and when. Never had one issue with communication. I would hire them again for my next renovation.

Once we’re done creating your new design, we’ll provide a computerized estimate before we begin the renovation. You can easily book an appointment with our contractors today! Our remodeling team works hard to complete your job on schedule while staying within your budget. We’re committed to being your go-to home remodeling company in Atlanta, GA and surrounding area. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off we'll need to setup an appointment to look at the project, once the quote has been agreed upon, I send the contract to be signed. Once signed, the deposit is collected and a tentative start date for the project is scheduled. The project manager is assigned and will be in contact to setup an appointment to go over the project.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I basically grew up in construction helping my father with his construction projects. I started doing remodeling projects and building new homes at the age of 26 and I have been in and around construction ever since!
