- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Onsite visits start at $60.00 -$125/hour depending on the issue or if after hours or emergency support is required. Drop off pricing for RAM upgrades, basic cleanup, hard drive replacement, virus removal or operating system install/repairs range from $60 - $140 in most cases. Parts not included*** Antivirus installation, Carbonite, Microsoft Office - $20 installation + cost of software package (numerous discount options available) For business contract support, individual support needs will be addressed after evaluation of support level needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually call to get additional project details and schedule and onsite visit to analyze the best solution in person. I urge my clients to please call or text me for a faster response - my phone number is at the top of my website. I'm very patient and will listen to your needs and you can rest assured that I will take good care of you. I offer the best cost effective solutions and several options when purchasing new products to make sure we find the right one to fit your needs.
