- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Onsite visits start at $60.00 -$80/hour depending on the issue or if after hours or emergency support is required. Drop off pricing for RAM upgrades, basic cleanup, hard drive replacement, virus removal or operating system install/repair range from $40 - $120 for most cases. Parts not included*** Antivirus installation, Carbonite, Office - $20 installation + cost of software package (numerous discount options available) For business contract support, individual support needs will be addressed after evaluation of support level needed.

I usually call to get additional project details and schedule and onsite visit to analyze the best solution in person.
