If I could select all five attributes I would, but it’s not allowed. I had a couple of issues with Google Sites I could not figure out and Daniel came to my rescue. It took a while, but he got the job done and was worth every penny. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. If you have any website or computer problems Daniel is the man to call. I am most appreciative of his help. Five stars!!!!!

When we had to buy a new computer, we paid Geek Squad $80 to transfer our files and all they did was throw them in a file. I was at a complete loss as to what to do with them. I called Daniel and he was THE BEST! He was very patient with me (I am a senior citizen) and set up my computer so I could operate it easily. I highly recommend him to anyone with computer issues!

My laptop had problems with Windows 10 ... Turn around time - fantastic! Cost of repair - similar or less than competitors. Professionalism - works out of home - doesn't bother me where work is done. Work quality - laptop works like new! Communication - 100% I'll definitely use DAJ if I need computer repair services.

Onsite visits start at $60.00 -$80/hour depending on the issue or if after hours or emergency support is required. Drop off pricing for RAM upgrades, basic cleanup, hard drive replacement, virus removal or operating system install/repair range from $40 - $120 for most cases. Parts not included*** Antivirus installation, Carbonite, Office - $20 installation + cost of software package (numerous discount options available) For business contract support, individual support needs will be addressed after evaluation of support level needed.

I usually call to get additional project details and schedule and onsite visit to analyze the best solution in person.
