- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the most part, all our jobs are based on an hourly rate. We can offer some flexibility for the customers, but it is preferred for us to use an hourly rate. We don't charge for any additional stairs, if disclosed before actual move date. At that time, additional charges may apply. We only charge a one time travel fee. No other fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To develop a relationship with the customer so that they understand that you're there for them. To make this process as smooth and efficient as possible.
