- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price quoted is for the first 4 hours, after that additional hours may be added at $100/hr.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to address any and all questions and concerns the client may have upon first contact. Then I will touch bases with the client one week before the event date to finalize plans and make sure we are both on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the professional audio video business for the past 10 years. I attended the Art Institute of Atlanta for digital Film Production, and have also worked with several production companies in the southeast setting up lights and sound for concerts and corporate events. I have a very wide technical knowledge base. I also am a professional voice over artist and have a natural ability on the mic.
