- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a full service wedding planning company with 2 certified planners. We have 3 standard packages full planning, partial planning, and day of coordination. We can also create custom packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule an initial phone consultation with all of our potential clients. The phone consultation will be our opportunity to get to know a little about you and your opportunity to fall in love with our company. Our goal is always to be friendly, knowledgeable, and to educate our clients on some of the best practices we have learned along the way. After the initial consultation, once you are ready to book we will send over the contract and schedule our in person planning session. At M&G we value our clients and love to do in person consultations. We meet at a coffee shop local to you where we get to know you and your wedding vision. We have detailed questionnaires we go over with our clients to ensure we do not miss any details. If there are scheduling conflicts we also do phone consultations and electronic bookings with a follow up in person planning session. We understand wedding planning can be overwhelming our goal is to ease the stress and be as flexible and helpful as possible. **Our calendar on Thumbtack is up to date. The dates blocked off mean we have another client scheduled for that date and can not accommodate another wedding. Any dates that are not blocked off are available to be booked.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Certified Wedding & Event Planners. We offer everything from full wedding planning down to day of coordination only.
