- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard pricing on all our solutions up to 3/4 of an acre are priced the same, and never on how much your house is worth. - Estates to homes on golf courses to subdivisions. You pick the solution that fits your dogs needs and and your yard. The price we quote is the price you pay, no hidden fees, no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a phone conversation. Here we get to know the customer and find out about their needs and their wants, and find out what prompted them to look at getting an Electronic hidden dog fence. We discuss how our product works and what they should expect once installed. We talk about their budget and time frame to install the fence. If all sounds good to the customer, we schedule a time for installation and make sure we plan for as much training as they need to use the system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been installing invisible/hidden fences for several years and have the experience with all the brands a home owner and a dog lover wants. We treat your home like we would treat our home and only do quality work.
