FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I get all material costs off the internet so there won't be questions about price. The customer can double check on it any time they choose to. I try to be as open as possible. My labor is simply based on the terrain, custom work or simple and I can about guarantee my labor will be lower then most. I'm not out here to stick it to anyone but also not get stuck myself. We're very fare and can work with customers on a case by case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make contact and set up a time to meet and discuss the project as far as design, material, and timeline. we then work up a free quote and send it to them. Once they have accepted it we get together an we collect the material cost and go purchase the material. We then string up where the fence will be gates marked out and have the customer verify that it is what they want. Then we dig holes and set the posts and let them set for a day then come and frame it then put up the pickets and then do a thorough clean up and check it over. We then do a walk around with the customer to make sure it's what and how they wanted it and that there happy with it. We then collect the labor part of the bill and let them know if there is any problems to just give us a call and we will come back out to correct it for free. We also do a call back just to check with them .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working construction in one form or another for about forty years. I have real good building knowledge an some taught and some learned good and bad and what works and more importantly what doesn't. I will not in any way build or do to a customer anything that I would not have done to or for me.
