This guy was very respectful & professional. When I first called him he answered and asked could he call me back within the hour so he could give his attention to the job he was already on. That was his way of acknowledging any customer in his daily calls. In the past my husband done everything & we never called anyone to do home repairs but after an auto accident 7 years ago he doesn't have the mobility to do what he used to do. We're always needing things done around the house and property but have a hard time finding someone who can do a variety of things. My husband was a journeyman by trade so anyone who walks through our door will have to be top notch for obvious reasons. Our toilet kept running so he installed a repair kit in my toilet tank and told me that at some point we would need a new toilet supply line and he explained to me that you needed to replace them from time to time due to age corrosion. He also repaired a leaky sink pipe and hung a ceiling fan in the guest bedroom. My husband knew all the things the guy was telling me so we had him go on and replace all the water supply lines in every bathroom, kitchen and the mudroom as it was definitely time to do it. This guy just shifted between all the projects with such calm and ease like he was comfortable with anything we asked especially with my husband scrutinizing him & shooting question after question to him because he's so controlling & picky about how things are done. We will definitely keep this guy coming back for more things for future projects
