Let me start with saying that their customer service is awesome! She helped me to figure out what size dumpster I needed overall. They followed my directions to the letter on where on the property I wanted the dumpster. Upon dropping off the dumpster, the driver left instructions on what and what not to do. I called the day before the dumpster was scheduled to be picked and asked that it be picked up early. Customer service said yes, and before it was picked up, I received a call from the driver giving me a time it would be picked up. I'm also very pleased with how they put wood under the dumpster to protect the driveway. Very professional company! I will definitely be doing business with this company again. As a consumer who doesn't rent a dumpster often, I wanted an easy, reliable experience with great customer service. I'm guessing my 20 yd dumpster cost a little bit more than a competitor, but the customer service and ability to handle last minute delivery and pickup made it worth every penny. I have now used them three times and am very happy with everything.

I recommend this company 100%. I called them for some debris left from our kitchen renovation. Kristy has Great Customer Service,she answered my questions and provided the information we need.
