FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100 minimum charge per call (for labor), $45/hr, $350/day (8+ hrs) for labor. Materials and dump fees are not included: I can and will pick up materials for you for $45 an hour. My labor charge is a very, very fair and competitive wage for a drug-free, individual military veteran person proficient in: plumbing, electrical, framing, welding, painting, finish carpentry, tree falling, concrete finishing, small engine and automotive repair, deck/fence building, cabinet setting, pressure washing and of course, safe driving, rental equipment procurement and towing, and materials runs to home depot. I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Horticulture and I was a flight deck troubleshooter in the Navy for four years, so i can fix most everything including your fighter jet’s radar if you have one, and your garden veggies I can fix those too.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. I ask many questions so that I can understand my customer needs as clearly as possible, because I want to fill them as effectively, efficiently and economically as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
16 years cross-trades construction experience, 6 years electrical/avionics technician training and troubleshooting with US Navy and DoD, Bachelor’s of Science in Sustainable Land Management, currently pursuing Construction Business Management Masters at University of Oklahoma.
