I would like to give a rating of 4.5. They are very responsive in the beginning, but once I set the date, they are not that responsive, e.g. when I ask for a photo of how it might look like before vs after, I don’t receive a photo. Before they come, I was told that all the branches will be cut from top to bottom, which scares me because I found no more than 20%-30% branches are recommended to be cut in one time. Later I find out the person contacting with me is not very knowledgeable, but the team who do the real work are professional. In the end , good thing is trees got trimmed partially instead of trimmed totally. They forgot to grinding and first say will come again in the afternoon then finally come next day to finish that. I want to keep more details to myself.
In summary, this is a professional company, they charge reasonable fee after negotiation, do the work 90%correct, and I introduce them to the neighbors.

Wow! What an amazing team. They went above and beyond for us. Jaime was so professional and daughter Emily is a sweetheart. Took down a tree in front yard that was 35ft high. It was absolutely amazing to watch them take that tree down. They cleaned up everything and made it look like no one was even here. Highly recommend.
