- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our basic filters our FREE for home Wi-Fi, if you set them up yourself using our self-help guides. Our Premium filters allow you to extend filters to mobile device when they're "away from home" and customize your filtering experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll send you a link to schedule a time on our calendar. You'll need to be in front of a computer that is connected to your Wi-Fi network in order for our technician to set up the filters for you remotely.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've set up filters for families all over the United States and we have users in 40+ countries. We've set up our filters on dozens of different router models.
