- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate of $50-100 depending on the type of event and the length of time the event will be going. Travel fees can be additional depending on how far I'll be traveling to come to your event. Based on a quick conversation through email or phone call I can give you an exact pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start new projects by discussing the details with my customers so I can get a clear understanding of how they want their event to go. (If you'd like a certain playlist or just a certain type of music for instance) I give an exact pricing upfront so you know what to expect ahead of time. From there, depending on your event details, we can put together a written agreement to make sure we are on the same page. I'll be here to help with any additional requests you have between when we make an agreement through the end of your event to make any adjustments you need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been playing guitar for 18 years. Since being on Thumbtack, I have done 200+ shows a year (from Thumbtack and non-Thumbtack customers) also to get additional hands on experience.
