I’m a certified mobile notary specializing in estate planning and real estate/loan signings, with 6 years in business serving clients in and around zip code 30168. I travel to homes, hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities so you can sign where you’re most comfortable.
Transparent pricing:
• $35 mobile service fee (covers up to 7 miles and 1 stamp)
• $0.70 per mile over 7 miles (round trip)
• $2 per additional stamp
• After-hours, weekend, and holiday appointments may include a convenience fee
Services include printing, scan-backs, document return, and witness coordination when arranged in advance.
A 50% deposit confirms your appointment; the balance is due after service. I accept Cash App, Zelle, credit/debit cards, and invoices.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The mobile rate is $30 (up to 10 miles) $0.70 per mile outside of South Cobb Mileage is calculated on a "round trip" basis. Each additional signature is $5. Holidays is additional $20.00.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer schedules the appointment and the notary comes to them to notarize the documents. The customer can pay using the booking website or in person prior to any notary services being performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified with the NNA, background check and 25K E&O Insured.
