- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Allure Arrivals are pleased to offer a 10% discount on all first time bookers. We offer competitive pricing while offering the upmost luxurious first class service with integrity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Allure Arrivals Transportation (AAT) pride ourselves on communication. Our preference of communication is via phone to ensure we all are in the same page with booking expectations. All tours e.g. wine, brewery etc, will have in-depth communication to ensure we understand itinerary, location drop-offs etc. AAT Terms and Conditions relating to payments, refunds, emergency contact info etc. is discussed and provided in writing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a retired IBM’r with over 25 years in business, finance with Core competencies in • Customer Service • Management/Leadership • Sales Operations • Project Management • Finance I’ve been able to successfully transfer these skills into the transportation business. I also have worked several years for rideshare companies with top tier ratings.
