- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our basic mowing prices start at $50 per visit for weekly or biweekly service. The basic service includes mowing, edging (concrete areas), line trimming (weed eating) and blowing. We have additional services that can be added for an additional price, including shrub trimming, and bed maintenance (pulling and treating weeds in landscaped beds). Our weed control & fertilization services start at $30/month and cover year round treatments on a monthly basis to target and control unsightly weeds, while feeding the healthy turf to promote a lush, green lawn. We also offer pest control services that control turf destroying insects such as sod worms, army worms, grubs, and more. The service also controls ants (including fire ants), fleas and ticks. The service starts at $50/application and is applied once every two months during the active seasons. We offer discounts for combining pest control and weed control services. We also offer prepay discounts for paying the full year in advance. Contact us for discount details. Lastly, please keep in mind the pricing listed here is the minimum for the various services. We will have to review your property to determine the rate for your lawn and landscape based on the service(s) you select.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients are sent an estimate via email. The estimate will detail what is included in the service(s) they requested along with the rate for the service(s). The client selects the service(s) they want to sign up for and clicks the "Accept Proposal" button on the estimate form. We will receive their response. They will immediately receive a welcome letter with instructions from setting up their account online. Once the account is setup, we will contact the client and confirm the services they signed up for and schedule their services. Services will occur on a recurring basis, depending on what they signed up for. We send service reminders via email or text message the day before your scheduled service. Upon completion of the service, the client's card will be charge and a transaction receipt will be sent via email for the service. If you ever need to pause or cancel the service, you can contact us prior to the visit and cancel or reschedule your upcoming visit.
