- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
During certain times of the year we will have promotions! There are never any hidden fees or surprise charges. Note that we can offer different options on your estimate that may be suitable for your project and budget i.e. good, better or best paint options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On boarding is very simple. We start by gathering your name, phone, email and address. From there tell us all about the ideas you have! Don't have a color? Our free color consultation will open your eye to many options you can choose from. Your space will thank you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
