Richard came out and was able to get my old broken furnace unit back up and running. Which after seeing the state of the broken component was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He gave the rest of the unit a very thorough inspection and showed he really does a great job. I will definitely be hiring him again in the next year or so to fully replace this old machine.

Needed help with my furnace which I thought stopped working. Richard arrived earlier than expected, he was professional and courteous and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. Apparently the furnace does work, it’s just old and not very efficient, it will need replacing and we will be utilizing his services when we are ready to upgrade.

Expertise That Saved My Summer - Richard, the HVAC Hero!

I am here to share my phenomenal experience with Richard, an HVAC professional who I discovered through Thumbtack. Anyone who's ever grappled with HVAC problems, especially during the intense heat of summer, will resonate with the sense of unease we feel when something goes awry. We're not specialists in the field, so naturally, we're left to the mercy of the HVAC technicians to diagnose and solve the problem.

My predicament involved a leaking water unit, which, inconveniently, started malfunctioning on a Wednesday evening around 7pm. From my limited knowledge, I could guess it was either a clog in the pipe leading the condensation outside or worse, a broken condensation catch pan. The latter meant a more complicated, costlier repair.

In my moment of uncertainty, I reached out to Richard's company via Thumbtack, not expecting an immediate response. However, to my surprise, they responded swiftly, even though it was after hours. They understood the gravity of the situation and my work schedule constraints, and showed up at my doorstep the next night, once again after normal work hours.

Richard, in person, was just as professional and courteous as his initial response suggested. He took the time to walk me through the whole process, explaining each detail as he went along, demystifying the world of HVAC, and making it comprehensible to an outsider. The problem, as it turned out, was indeed a clog. Richard fixed it on the spot, swiftly and efficiently.

What's more, the service was provided at an extremely affordable price, making the whole experience far less stressful than I had imagined. I felt relieved and educated, instead of just another client on his to-do list.

I implore anyone reading this to sprint, don't stroll, to Richard for your HVAC needs. His exceptional professionalism, punctuality, integrity, fairness, and dedication to educating his clients is unparalleled. This isn't just another HVAC repair service; this is an HVAC experience that leaves you wiser and utterly satisfied.

Richard is not just an HVAC technician; he's a true advocate for his customers, and for that, he deserves the highest accolades.
