I offer fair and reasonable pricing
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact them and listen to the issues they are having and then initiate diagnostic process, I then go to assess the unit in a timely and efficient manner. Then I ensure the customer is satisfied before leaving the location. I then follow up to verify that issue is resolved!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified HVAC/R technician. I am also EPA Universal and NATE certified
