Bel Manje Caribbean Cuisine was founded in 2021, inspired by my upbringing in a vibrant Haitian Caribbean household. Growing up, the kitchen was a place of warmth, love, and creativity. I was introduced to cooking at a young age, and it quickly became a significant part of my life. The colorful spices, fresh ingredients, and rich flavors of Caribbean dishes sparked a passion within me that only grew stronger as the years passed. I remember standing on a stool to reach the counter, eagerly helping my family prepare traditional meals, learning recipes that had been passed down through generations. As I experimented with different ingredients, I discovered the joy of creating meals that brought people together. This foundation of learning and love for food led me to establish Bel Manje, where I could share my culinary heritage with others.
