- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 10% discount for all military personnel past and present our senior citizens and teachers!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We diagnose machine to pinpoint issue and do not leave our diagnostics to maybes and guess work. Of course working with machines there are exceptions but all our techs have text and call access to master appliance technicians who can guide them thru any process that leaves them stumped allowing us to boast a successful diagnostics rate in the upper 90%

I studied mechanical engineering at Auburn University (War Eagle)
