- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This site charges lots of fees. A 10% markup will be added to services rendered through Thumbtack to account for transaction fees and their cut. My website also lists all the services I offer and their prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to customers directly so we can find a schedule and pace that works for both of us. Depending on what kind of service is needed will depend on how we proceed. I take into account all the preferences of the customer and understand that possessions are personal and part of our identity. I want each customer experience to be handled with care and compassion so that you can love your space.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I want to be upfront about my education and training: I am a hobbyist that is taking the leap to make this professional after years of studying interior design and a mind for organization. I truly enjoy this work and want to make it a career.
