- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on fair pricing without sparing any quality. We quote each property individually based on square footage and landscaping. For those interested in seasonal contracts, we do offer discounts when paid in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On first contact, we schedule a time to come and access the property. After assessment we then provide a verbal soft estimate followed by a written quote within 24 hours upon our return to office. If you choose to move forward with Kick Grazz Landscaping as your servicer of choice, we will then contact you to schedule our service dates. After we complete your service, we will provide you with a completion note and feedback card.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over two decades of lawnscaping experience. As a bachelor’s degree holder the business side of Kick Grazz Landscaping runs efficiently and focuses on quality and customer satisfaction.
