- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We send all invoices via email/phone in which you are able to pay directly online.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Due to the high volume of cancelation of service the day of the cleaning, we now require a $40 deposit which would be deducted from the service fee after your cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a system of checks and balances that ensures the same standard of clean is being conducted across the board in every home. Every housekeeper on our staff has a detailed cleaning checklist in which must be signed and verified by the customer after every home visit to ensure the full satisfaction.
