I paid up front for a visit and quote. Did not get on the roof but said would patch the next day. Fix It never sent a quote for anything after texting me 3 different time frames of when Fix It would show up. Also did not refund the deposit. I will notify Augusta BBB and Chamber of Commerce with a written review, including emails and texts. My experiences with Thumbtack (bad) and Fix It (Augusta) worse.
I will also write to the Consumer Protection Agency and post on Google and Amazon
