- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mr. Appliance charges by the job instead of by the hour and provide an accurate quote before we begin any work. If you choose not to have the repair done, you will only pay our diagnostic fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will never attempt to diagnose your appliance problem over the phone; that is because we want our quote to be based on facts not speculation. We will show and diagnose the problem and give you an exact quote for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We work on all makes and models of appliances. We also have several different options of training programs that our service professionals can access to keep their education up-to-speed.
