- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free quotes. Once the quote is provide the customer always has the option to add/remove or change any services. When the quote has been accepted there are no other surprise charges or fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we setup a time to come out and provide a quote. After the visit a written quote is emailed to the customer. Once we receive approval of the quote we contact the customer to schedule and begin services. Final payment is due upon completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an electrician for over 10 years.
